My R1S wouldn’t wake up today. No warnings. I drove it yesterday about 50 or so miles. Plugged it in last night but didn’t confirm it was charging. One odd thing it did do was it locked in the garage when I walked away from it and I have it set to not do that. Thought it was weird but didn’t...
2017 Nissan Murano. It’s a good car, treated me well. My 89 year old father is driving that one now which meant I got my 2013 Beetle Convertible back from him which he was borrowing as his summer car. The R1S fits more dogs.
I had a license plate frame made that says “the only gas in here belongs to the dogs.” Unfortunately, it’s hard to read because the camera blocks the top part.
Note the fur accumulating already.
Only the big golden, my sister’s dog, will make the jump into the back, the other 2 take the side...
This sounds like a possibility because it only appeared to happen when people were walking by it - but not all people. There was one guy protesting police violence that was walking up and down the sidewalk holding large signs (more reason I was keeping a close eye) and he never triggered it.
in this instance I had a handicap spot because my elderly father was with us. “Let me find a spot farther away so I don’t accidentally unlock my car ever 10 minutes!” - doesn’t sound like a practical solution. I imagine many scenarios where this would be a serious issue - like the dog park...
Was just having dinner out in a busy area, many pedestrians, sitting at an outside table about 25 feet from the car. I noticed that the tail lights would occasionally randomly blink but worse, the car would completely unlock when certain people walked close to it. Not everyone set it off but...
so this happened 3-4 times during dinner. Luckily I was close enough to notice and lock the car but this is really bad. This definitely shouldn’t happen! I’m wondering if a certain app on a person’s own phone is triggering it.
