I agree. I use her for everything in my R1S. Weather, how old was John Bonham when he died, what time my pharmacy opened..... She was correct everytime. I use her exactly like the one have home. she will turn my lights on inside the car, heat, everything. I love it!

I use Alexa all the time to navigate to various places and have no issues at all. she has always been spot on for me. Even going to other states etc.

My husband had a similar issue with his Tesla. He googled self-help videos on youtube and was able to solve on his own. Try looking on youtube, etc and see what you can find. Even if it is tesla only, may provide some guidance.....
