I did do a hard reset and it didn't solve the problem. Anyway, I figured it out. It was the Tesla HPWC. It was updated to the latest firmware (23.8.2) and it somehow stopped working properly. I downgraded it to an earlier firmware and got the 10kw speed (21mi/hr) now. Thanks everyone for helping.

Has anyone tried the Continental Cross Contact LX20 275/60r20 for $190/tire? For what I know it’s significantly cheaper than the favorite Pirelli Scorpion with the same 70,000 mile warranty, light weight (39vs38lbs of the Pirelli) and it’s also Tesla OEM tire. Am I missing something?
