RJ, Rivian Service is Broken
I picked up my R1T yesterday from the El Segundo Service Center. It was in the service center for 3 weeks, no service center initiated status updates. Based upon app, it appears the vehicle just sat there for at least 1 week to 1 1/2 weeks. I had the following 15k service inspections...- MtnBiker

OTA 2023.50.01 Software is Out! (w/ departure & preconditioning scheduling)!
It didn't work for me. Telling me to contact Rivian for support. I started getting 12V battery light, maybe related.
