I'm over in Lawrence. We have an R1S + R1T. Love them both, but be prepared to drive to Olathe if you need anything done. So far service has been great but we had to take both in a few times to fix odds and ends. Every time they give us a Rivian Loaner though so it's really no big deal.

Are the tires wearing badly or is it just annoying? I am mostly concerned about them prematurely wearing.

Thats the one, I think I used the card reader too. I pulled up to the big one on the left (50Kw). the store manager actually came out to chat. This was Christmas time 2023 I think.

I've charged at the one in Lincoln IL with my 2023 R1S DMP and it worked fine...albeit slow at 50KW. Did you try resetting the Rivian? Get the A2Z adapter and all will be fine.

Any chance you could sell and ship the spare jack kit?
