this just happened to me. I’ve done the hard rest but no luck. I checked the connector to the light and it’s firmly in place. Any updates from others who serviced the light? My appointment isn’t till July 1.

Have you tried a soft reset? (hold down the far left and far right buttons on the steering wheel for about 15 seconds)

That's interesting. I'm on travel so I can't go check it out. I'll look into when I get back in town this weekend if I encounter the same problem.

Try this: Pushed in till it clicks. Hold it there. Put in Drive, then put it back in park. It will lock it in place.

I played around with it some more. I pushed into place, put in Drive, then put it back in park. It finally locked in place.

I cannot get mine to lock. I've done a reset too. Looks like i will have to submit a ticket.

For those of us on Maui, Studio Autobody is in process of certification to repair Rivians. They will repair your Rivian now if you need it done. I had the unfortunate mishap of backing into a granite table in my garage. Truck will be going in a few weeks for the repair.

Great to hear you found a shop. I'm waiting for a shop on Maui willing to repair Rivian's.
