One datapoint on this. . . I setup ElectraFi about 2 weeks ago. Many times the app does not show that my R1S is sleeping, but ElectraFi says it is. So the Rivian API knows the car is asleep, but the app doesn’t.

Saying that scheduled interior and battery preconditioning was added doesn’t mean that the battery didn’t precondition before. It just means it wasn’t scheduled.

This seems like another issue that varies between vehicles. I’ve seen several people mention this, but I leave my R1S’s wipers in Auto mode pretty much all the time and the wipers never swipe at startup.
