Mine does this all the time, at times at an incline that is barely recognizable. Been to service twice, said the tailgate is heavy and struggles to open on even the slightest on inclines.

Just an FYI the downloaded footage onto a USB stick is of much higher quality then a live feed you see on the screens. I think has something to do with the with how Rivian digital to limit the bandwidth of live stream possibly digital to analog download for speed? ??‍♂️

I believe its a connected feature since they also turn on when you hit unlock on the Fob. You can preset the brightness level but I think its either off or on at all conditions (unlock/park/door open)as the current option.

I had the same thing after update only on Tidal had to do a screen reset. Also the sound volume seems to be off it is lower then before and is inconsistent and the album art is not loading no matter what. Did resets and logged in and out multiple times.

Just got my R1S from the Service Center, took 1.5 days for all of the repairs, gave me a nice R1T as a Loaner to drive. All Issues fixed as requested. Really Hope the rattles don't come back lol One Happy R1S Driver. Good Job for Service Center at Richmond BC, amazing customer service.
