Initially my account showed "shipment pending". Then I got an email that it had shipped along with UPS tracking number. Account order section was updated with the shipping information. Perhaps you can have UPS hold it temporarily as necessary. I bet it arrives before 8/10.

Thanks for sharing that experience. The adjustment switches work in that I can move the seat forward and back and up and down and change the tilt. When I move the seat back, it goes to a certain point (always the same) and then stops. That position is not as far back as it should be.
My passenger seat will no longer slide all of the way back to maximize leg room. The seat is in the low position so that is not the issue. The driver seat goes back fully. This is a new issue where previously the passenger seat worked properly. Does anyone have experience with this problem?
