Crossbar foot will not do 2nd latch 'click'
Try flipping open the cover completely and then pushing down really hard. I reinstalled my rack today and it took me several hard pushes with both of my thumbs to get that second click. Push hard and fast. Good luck! -

Rivian accessory port adapters (to attach some custom 80/20 extruded aluminum accessories)
The DCE mounts are very nice, but they are also super expensive. I wish they could lower the price point to about $50 per mount. If you go the U-bolt or J-bolt route, I would just make sure they are sufficiently thick to minimize any lateral shifting that might occur.
