    The service center is Chicago is inconvenient as far as the location. On top of it they waste the customers time by not having rental vehicles available and requiring you to take your time to get the rental vehicles. If you want to be big don’t be small Rivian!

    Bought it for the camp kitchen. They have failed in this aspect…so the adventure is gone!

    The tires on the R1T wear inordinately. I have never had a vehicle that needs new tires at 14k miles. Rivian needs to warranty the tires and put better tires on an expensive vehicle. Very disappointed in the quality
