100% Rivian has fallen short on many fronts not just SC's.
There are just way too many design flaws (just not due to cost cutting) that a $100000+ vehicle simply shouldn't have.
Not only that, the sheer ignorance on not acknowledging the flaws from Rivian is amazing - issues repeating in...
everyone ONLY lamenting about service caz rivan hasn't scaled on the likes of well-established ICE manufactures - keeping drinking that koolaid.
The sheer amount of Rivian loaners handed EVERY day across ALL enterprise locations is astonishing.
That is NOT a SC problem, rather QC and design...
OP, I had the same set (and more) issues when I took delivery.
Ignore these moronic comments about how rivian is not perfect. I am with you that for the price point, rivian is not impressive for what it delivers given its so many pain points (and its Gen2 now).
Well, not to discourage you, but...
I have taken my R1S to SC twice complaining about the wind noise.
Both times, they have mentioned this amount of wind noise is "normal" - they have noticed a lot worse on other customers.
I don't think the wind noise is "normal" IMHO. Esp the fact that it is noticeably audible from 50-55+mph...
The seat heating on R1S is a joke. Barely lukewarm on highest setting - this definitely needs to be addressed.
I wonder what did all those test engineers reported back during their Feb Alaska testing (smh)
Randomly after ~week of taking delivery, the vehicle has no cloud connectivity.
Hotspot, Alex streaming work fine, however the car keeps displaying that I am off-the-grid.
My R1S has plethora of issues. Anyhow, anyone else experienced this ?
