Doubt anyone cares about my issues specifically, but I probably owe it to Rivian to post a follow up.
I ended up getting in for a service appointment after about 3 weeks, after originally being quoted 3 months, and the issue is completely resolved. Good as new. Thanks Boston team!

So I ended up getting an appointment in 1 month instead of 3 months. That's a lot better, but still seems pretty crazy considering this is an actual functional limitation. I can understand 1 month+ for cosmetic issues.
I can get the door to close if I slam it really hard, but it doesn't close correctly like the driver side door. I sometimes need to try a couple times to get it to close well enough to lock.
Called and was told 3 months for an appointment...? They're looking to see if they can squeeze me in...
