I charge to 100% before every roadtrip (5-7 per year), otherwise 80-85%. I've followed this formula for the last 10 years of EV ownership and have experienced no significant battery degradation on any of my vehicles.
Congratulations! Funny to say that's a great price for that vehicle, but it is.
I'm building a new home and am installing 3 Tesla Universal Chargers.
I believe in optionality, so I have similar versions of both of the adapters that you've mentioned above.
Personal preference, but I wrap all...
Unfortunately, I'm on windshield three for both my R1T & R1S. Both vehicles have multiple chips that I've filled (I keep a repair kit in my garage) and the R1S has a crack in the upper left corner that makes a nice 3" radius from top to side. I also replaced the rear roof glass on the R1S which...
@raylepper
I recently purchased and installed your complete kit. What a breeze! You sent everything I needed, it was constructed and installed in minutes. Works just like advertised! Many Thanks and put me down as one very happy customer!

Great adventure. @tps5352 inspired me to watch it again!
The Phoenix Service Center is 3-4 months out to schedule, but they usually work on the vehicle within 2 or 3 days of receipt.
I expect this to improve dramatically with the opening of the Tempe facility next month.
I've had this happen to me twice (target charge rate set to 71%, a target I never use) - level 2 charging at home once and DCFC on a roadtrip. My instances both occurred when my software was 2024.39.
I had this issue listed as a squawk on my service visit last week. No resolution - anecdotally...
There's a 6 pedestal RAN with a trailer stall and an 80 pedestal Tesla (open to other
EVs) charging sites in Quartzite. You'll have no problem getting a charge in that town!
And a bit economically counterproductive as Tesla is the only car manufacturer of any type that is actually assembling cars in California.
You're right, though. Lucid is also California based, even though they assemble in Arizona.
