    Congrats on your new car! I am contemplating taking the delivery from the shop their prices are higher than what my config...R1S is going to more than double the price i have ever paid on a car -- not so sure...it would be great to get your thoughts 1 week later -- whether you you kept it or not!

    i must be the lucky one! I have not spoken with live person since paid my 1,000 deposit. NONE - I have tried calling them at all different times -- they put you on hold...I typically give up after holding for 25 minutes....

    Dealers have imporved given the competition in light of online car buying...i did not feel pressured at all when bough my other car last year...there has been a change -- at least there is human you are dealing with -- virtual car buying is AWESOME -- everything is virtual - except your MONEY!

    7 day return policy! ! Ha! Who would i call to return? no one is there to answer my calls. where would i go go to return...the local store or to the factory...they need to invest in more pople answering their phones if they want customers.

    Agree....if they do not have enough cars those who have given Rivian 1,000 to be able to test drive. And not have them to jump through such un-responsive/un-reaable customer serivce. I am curious what will happen if I needed a part or have the body work done...where would I go - such concerns...

    This is what it says on ly log in when I intiate the chat - 30 mins wait time! I am not even sure if there is anyone on the other end. Is this car buying in 2023?

    I just did a chart request and I am in QUEUE -- my number is 13 and my wait time is 30 minutes...I will stare at beautful r1S photos for 30 mins before rivian comes on line - yesterday i stepped away and the person who asnwere my chat said they are stopping the chat and did not even leave a way...

    I did and no dates avaialble for next two months and the only option I have is to drive down to NORMAL IL - which 2 hours from here.

    Anyone know how I can speak to a live person at Rivian - i booked r1s and I am up for delivery - i have tried calling their +1-888-748-4261 and no one comes on line - i live chicgo area and they have NO place where I can TEST drive - were the factory is only two hours away. I even tried to get...
