    Please keep us posted on what they find. My friend tried the hard reset this morning and brought it to my house to try a different charger. Nothing worked. He is also going to take it to the dealer.

  2. Charging issues

    I had a friend that just had the same issue in his R1S. The service center told him to perform a hard reset ( when not driving) to See if that may resolve it. Not sure if he tried that yet.
