Update - they fixed this with a mobile service. They replaced the entire mirror fold mechanism and motor. Reused the mirror “cover” which was nice as I had it PPF’d. All good since the mobile service.

Same with me - I’m thinking that it may have to do with multiple address books in different accounts on my phone (work vs. personal) as well as data within individual contacts. I’m not aware of a way to only have it draw from one contact account.

Update 30 days in on the repair. Recently finished first supplemental inspection and waiting on additional parts from Rivian. Repair cost is currently in excess of $40K. I ended up taking it to Hollis Autobody - they’ve been super responsive and great to work wIth so far.
