been using kneel mode for about 3 months now in my r1s no issues at all

Had the same issue Do not use the white pig tail breaker (GFCI) It causes a problem since the rivian charger already has that built it I swapped it out for a regular one No more issues after that

3 months with my R1S have had 2 service calls just for some window trim nothing big love my R1S no regrets at all

I bought the kit from twraps and had my wrap installer take care of the rest Full chrome delete, makes a huge difference

solar tonneau would be an awesome idea! Unfortunately I have a r1s so I would have to go another route I guess my best bet is loading my trailers roof with solar and trying to charge off my camper in case of emergency
