I picked up the truck on September 30th which was the last day for quarter 3 for Rivian. Maybe they were trying to roll out as many vehicles as possible for earnings and missed a few things.
Your local SC sounds great. I am definitely taking pictures and videos. Rivian hasn't exactly given me the run round or anything and have been very understanding and trying to help but it's just the 3-4 months of waiting for the service is what's really a pain.
