Mine was doing the same and they replaced It. After a few months the replacement is starting to do it. There’s a problem with these chargers… my electrician said he’s seen a bunch fail and the others brands are fine.

Update: Service in Sparks, NV ended up replacing both 12v batteries, which doesn't effect range of course but said they felt since they ran down to zero they wanted new batteries in there. Was a little suspicious about that one...they didn't charge us. They had their diagnostics team go...

We just picked our R1S up last week. Driving it home Saturday night, 36 miles with 150 miles of charge on it and it starts lagging up the hill, first at 40MPH max then just dies. Called Tech, reset didn't do anything, battery fully dead. Called for the tow truck, my wife, 5 year old...
