Seems messy and overly complicated for absolutely no good reason to me. Not to mention, it’s completely different than what was described in an email I received from GFC. I’ll have to write back when I have a moment. Thanks.
I’m not sure if it’s a recent change but Go Fast Campers responded to an email noting that their ladder attaches to a slot system on their tent. They need to step up their website documentation game. Ha.
Man...that's the problem! I'd love to have a little trailer like that. Alas, it's a no go due to HOA restrictions. Ugh. I have a 2 1/2 car garage but both bays have vehicles and the "1/2" has a big work bench, tools, and storage, etc. I will find the solution!! lol.
This is turning into math class for me. Coming close to an effort in futility. Unless people with RTTs keep their vehicle's outside most of the time, have massive garage bays (height-wise), access to airport hangers, or take them off all the time (doubt it), I don't know how they do it. As...
Yeah. The Roofnest Falcon will collapse to 6.5 inches which is the lowest I’ve seen for the ones I like. However, I’m partial to the non-wedge/triangle ones for a few reasons. The Roofnest Condor is my favorite so far. It has a great interior width and length as well as a small collapsed...
Yeah. Was looking at that one as well. However, my problem is that I’m dealing with a total of maybe 82.5 inches in garage entrance height. I’m really curious how many inches the Rivian bars will add to the R1S, which is already 72 inches. I may be screwed all around to be honest. Not many...
Have you identified how the ladder interfaces/attaches to the tent, if at all? I didn't do a ton of research/reading, but quickly noticed only a few IG pics showing the ladder. It looks like it just leans up against the tent, without being affixed/locked onto the tent. My interest is piqued...
Um, he's sick. My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who saw Ferris pass out at 31 Flavors last night. I guess it's pretty serious.
I consider the word from customer service reps as solid as someone's claims that they had a recent snowball fight on the surface of the sun. When the vehicles actually start to roll off the line, test drives are available, and the Rivian super "Guides" with capes are released on the public...
However, It's possible it will be "plug and charge" with the RAN network at least (as opposed to 3rd party CCS offerings) based on Rivian's statement...."Automatic charging, just pull up and plug in"....TBD though.
Ha. The so called “LE” perks mean nothing to me. Don’t want “launch green” and don’t care about LE “interior badging” that means absolutely nothing. The only benefit is the wheel upgrade cost being included if you want one of those options. I’m all-in on the 5 seater and possibly max pack. I...
Ha. Pretty much said the same thing as your first paragraph in my earlier post (#28). With respect to your second paragraph, I can get behind that. It's all about "creating the allure"! However, they need to be careful to an extent. Except for the diehards, they don't want to alienate the...
I think this may be going off topic (like most threads!) ;) For those interested in updated vehicle widths with mirrors folded that were confirmed from Rivian today, please see post # 19.
I ended up asking about this.....
Response from Rivian:
"I can confirm that both vehicle widths with the wing mirrors folded in are 2076 mm (81.7 inches). I apologize for the potential confusion."
Shouldn't be a big deal for pretty much 99 percent of people, but they might want to update...
