    To be fair, the bar for an oem jack is very low. I’ve watched a scissor jack fold into its self after lifting up my 2,300lb ford escort. I’ve never trusted them since. So. If it lifts the truck. It’s done the job IMO.

    Not sure. My kids are now grown. Reading here I realize part two is if the external handle is not working. If that’s Hooked to something electronic and it’s not working… now I see the real problem.
