    I had the same issue. I could not get the Sommer remote yo pair with the Rivian. Dome many times with service and they do not support the 868.8, 968,95 or 922.5 mHz of the Sommer remote controls. They support 310mHz. The agent told me that she would submit a request for this in a future update...

    Future site of the Shellton service center. It is new construction and looks like it is rather large. It sits in a small industrial park. Hoping for the end of March opening as I will need a tire rotation by then.

    Just stopping by as well to say hello from Trumbull. I also can not wait for the Shelton SC to open. I am wsiting to bring the car in for service as opposed to going to Brooklyn for my tires to be rotated. Otherwise, no other issues

    Received my quad in GW and MB interior in September. Just over 1000 trouble free miles with no known issues. My only inconvenience was when we transferred ownership from my wife to me. I was locked out of car for 1hour until calling Rivian road service and they took care of the mishap...

  15. Software Update 2023.46.0 is rolling out

    Updated with no issues. Oddly enough, the update fixed my menu issues as I had to touch the menu items multiple times prior to the update and after the update the screen is much more redponsive
