What are you seeing on front vs rear wear? I just did my first rotation at 7,500 miles and fronts were at 6/32 while rears are at 9/32. I usually drive in all purpose but maybe I should be using sport more often.
Received this text today after getting the earlier calibration texts:
“The Rivian Engineering team has determined that your vehicle has successfully completed calibration and the estimated range will display as expected. You may resume normal driving and charging behavior.”
I just went through this on leasing an R1S Dual Standard that I am picking up next week. I'm not sure how the math looks on the quad, but Rivian looks to be using a fairly optimistic residual on the Dual Standard so my expectation is that it will not make sense to buy at the end of the 3-year...
10k miles and I'm averaging 2.1 for efficiency. Wear is still good at a little under 11/32nds. I did lower the pressure to 45 based on the posts about max PSI but don't notice any real difference.
5,000 mile update. Got them rotated for the first time today. Wear is even all the way around at 11/32. Efficiency is dead on with what I was averaging on the stock Pirelli ATs now that the weather has warmed up. Noise level is also still good.
Overall I’m happy with them. I will be interested...
I received the 12V alert on the screen and in the Rivian app one week ago. Mobile service came by today and replaced the 12v batteries (early gen 1).
I had some hope that it would be covered because it was described as a preventative measure by Rivian in the service request. Ended up paying...
I am about 3,000 miles in on mine and with the warmer weather am seeing efficiency similar to the stock Pirelli ATs (~2.2 mi/kWh). Size 275/65R20 SL version.
Just had mine installed today. I noticed a little bit of an AT tire hum on the way home but they are significantly quieter than the stock AT Pirellis with 34k miles that these replaced. I’ll report back once I get an appreciable amount of miles on them.
I ordered a set of these through Discount Tire and they are supposed to arrive tomorrow.
I had originally tried to order the Toyo AT3 EV in the SL version but they ended up sending the LT version. Couldn't find the Toyos so decided to go with these.
Mine does the same. Usually only when I first leave the garage in the morning after sitting overnight. I always assumed it was the brake pads letting go of the rotors.
We received our Tesla UWC about one month ago and finally installed it this week for use with our R1T. There was an update available to download when the charger first powered on. So far it has worked flawlessly.
