Had a thought yesterday...cut to my Lady quickly jabbing with 'Oh...did it hurt...;)' ... how many of us Max Packers seeing this issue are still on OEM Pirelli's? Could the simple answer be we've likely all swapped out to a third party tire and kept it at the Default Tire Swap settings because...
Agreed. I would understand if it were uphill in the snow both ways, but when conditions don't make sense for the arrival SOC prediction. There's a problem somewhere. 😏
on that trip from Everett to Spokane (298mi, via I-90, w/decent head winds) I L2'd to 100 at home before we left, and it said we'd get there with ~7% ended up topping up at the SC because it was a bet I was willing to take with 105 miles left to Spokane.
I was able to L2 at the Hotel in Spokane...
Question for the group - do you have your Arrival Range set to 10% or 20%?🤔
It could be pure speculative coincidence but I only noticed this after I changed mine to 10% about six months ago - under the assumption that it had been pretty accurate the past few years. Spot on on our first big road...
FWIW seems to be a lower end issue too...just did the drive from Everett to Spokane via I-90. It was projecting a 7% arrival the entire way until just before we got to Moses Lake where I had just seen it drop the arrival SOC from 7% to 5% about 5-10 minutes before Moses Lake. Spidey senses...
@mkhuffman Meant to say never charge to 💯 on road trips using DCFC because of the time suck in general past 70ish. Definitely charge to 💯 at home often preparing to leave. ✌🏼
To be fair Jordi was probably overdue for a deep calibration charge. Rarely gets that low as my Lady is usually the...
Guess there was a reason I never charged to 100% - just didn't know why lol other than I didn't really ever need to even on a road trip from WA to UT and back again.
I'm not mad at it, you do you...if you're feeling a Barbie or Princess Peach wrap with corresponding Giant Vinyl Head on the Hood have at it!
but can't not say something to the effect of "Definitely need to stand out now against all those other R1T'S out there" ?✌️❤️⚡??
An internet first...Side Moulding Weight Capacity Test... ???♂️?
Results: one small lightweight shoe with minimal force applied (duration : 5 seconds max) .(*edit- 10 seconds with off-road package)
Guessing this will be a customer driven feature. If enough customers are vocal about a huge miss of any kind let alone how/what data is displayed on which screen...it will be changed down the road.
