I believe the correct way to calculate percent loss/day is an exponential loss function. Anyway, my only point of that my this is disappointing compared to Kia and Tesla, especially since I followed all the suggestion on this forum and also consulted the service center.

Someone else please check my math, but I think that the rate of loss is a bit over 2%/day. That still seems real high when it is in service and transport mode, at least compared to the several other EVs I've owned.

A quick update on my storage experience. I left the R1S in service and shipping mode for 40 days with SOC af 77% in an apartment garage with temps approximately 55F. When I woke up the car, the SOC was 33%. This is disappointing and unacceptable. I have left my Kia EV6 and Tesla MY and M3 for 2...

Hopefully given that the car is in shipping and service mode, and in a garage, it will not loose 2%. Will find out in another 5 weeks. That being said, my Telsas certainly never loose any where near 2% per day -- more like 2% per week. I don't see why it should be different for Rivian.

Thanks to everyone for the suggestions. I will start with what seem like the most simple and low-risk (of making things worse) options. It was black tea with a bit of lemon. I am away for a couple of weeks so will not be able to post a picture, but will do so upon my return.

I do a lot of cycling and several times have had small cuts and scraps on legs, arms and hands that bleed aa bit and get blood stains on the seat.

I spilled some tea on the seat and immediately wiped it up, but it left a very prominent stain. Then I tried using some non-alcohol baby wipes, which is what I have used for 7 years of ownership of white tesla interiors. That did not work at all. I tried a little soapy water, and again, no luck...

I am taking delivery this week. So, what do you put as your in-service date. My account said it has to be the date of delivery, not the date I paid the deposit a couple of years ago, or even the date that Rivian sent me the letter last year.

Thank you. So the challenge is to find a 20inch wheel. As others have noted, the Radius is not available until February. The only wheel I can find for <500/wheel is a MSW from TireRack. If anyone has any other suggestions, please share them.
