I highly recommend the Ketl MTN V2 hoodie. Crazy comfortable and moves with you. It's cozy but it won't overheat you. I have 3 now and love them all. I damn near wear them everyday. As an unintended bonus, the green matches my truck pretty darn well.

I pulled the aero covers off of my 21s so any difference may be a wash. We'll see. Like you, I'm not that concerned about efficiency. I'm more focused on performance, looks, and ride quality. Also, not paying $500/tire for the 21s is a huge bonus!
