I don’t believe there is any danger to user to plug it out while charging like any wall plug. It is well insulated. I can’t say much if there could be issues to vehicle’s system however.

Nope. Teslas aside this doesn’t happen as frequently as it is happening with Rivian. Furthermore, there are few Rivians on the road today that Audis, Toyotas etc. Therefore such major issues among low vehicle population is concerning.
