    Rivian Service dented my car! šŸ˜³

    Not surprised. Itā€™s happened to me (twice!). Their PDR guy worked his magic and I canā€™t tell there was ever a dent. This is on top of my PPF as well. The only thing I didnā€™t get from the SC either time was an admission of guilt. I was ok with that since they took care of me.

    Got my shiny new caliper finally installed today. Now, it looks out of place because all my other ones are dirty. Guess I need to wash the truck soon. :oops:

    I went in for my appointment to get the caliper replaced this morning, and they told me the part they got had its paint chipped. So, now they have to get another part from their distribution center. Iā€™m going to try again tomorrow morning. :oops:

    Iā€™ve noticed my suspension has been a bit more chatty after the last software update. I also have Auto off and Kneel mode off, and drive primarily on All Purpose in Standard height.

    Mine isnā€™t the same issue, as it got chipped at the SC while they were rotating the wheels during my 7500 mile service. Thankfully they are fixing it by replacing the caliper and changing the brake fluid.
