Just picked up my R1T yesterday. Drove to work today. Got out of the truck and walked into my office building. The truck never locked, but I do have this turned on in the truck settings. Any ideas?
I've been approved for a Rivian Lease but I may choose to put more money down than I entered into the lease calculator.
Does anyone know if the down payment amount can be altered after clicking "accept this offer"?
Thanks!
I was wanting to see if there was a way to get a trade-in value BEFORE placing a non-refundable deposit. Rivian never responded to my call back requests online but I was finally able to get a human on their 800 number. I just had to hold for about 15 minutes.
She took my trade-in vehicle...
I did do a test drive. And then 6 months later they sent me a follow-up email with a link that said "request a call back". I used the link twice and never heard from anyone...
I totally agree. Who cares if the truck can do zero to 60 in 2.5 secs vs 4 secs? Just build a quality item backed up by quality service before and after the sale.
Rivian makes it extremely difficult to buy a vehicle from them if you have a question and need to speak to a person. I have sent two requests for call back and tried to call their 800 number to no avail. If I were RJ, I would be extremely concerned that the "sales team" is severely restricting...
Yes, I would much rather trade in that hassle with selling myself, etc. Not to mention the tax savings from a trade. My main question is...if I don't like the trade value they offer, can I get my deposit back?
It looks like you have to make your non refundable deposit before you discuss trade information with them. I don't love the idea of losing a deposit if the trade value isn't what I want/need.
If you order one of the "in stock" Rivians, when do you receive your trade in value? If you don't approve of this value, can you cancel the order and receive a refund on your deposit? Thanks!
