Thank you! This was extremely helpful. After 4-hous at my delivery appointment, I left the car with Rivian to fix issues before I accepted delivery. Audio system was not working at all. I could accept delivery, but then I’d wait weeks for a service appointment. Or, they’ll work on it right away...
