We've been using a plug-in GE WattStation since 2014, first for my wife's Leaf, and now for my R1T. Eventually it developed an issue where the power button would stick enough that I couldn't turn it on, but a bit of grease got it working again. It's been quite the trooper!

I have an R1T, but I still have my prior vehicle: a 1996 Honda Civic. I had an oil change and various fluids replaced last October at Fisher Honda in Boulder, CO. They gave me a free loaner for the day! It was a very pleasant experience. Come on, Rivian!

I also had a random hood latch error: thread. Turned out to be a loose ground connection.

After dropping the truck off at the service center on Monday, they finally got around to looking at it Thursday evening. Less than a half hour after that message, I got another message saying they had found a loose ground connection, tightened it, and were going to run tests overnight to ensure...

I had the same thought, but they were already "proactively" replaced last December. I was also watching for that error specifically and did not see it. It still wouldn't surprise me though.

We've had our R1T for 21 months, without any issue until now. A couple weeks ago, the hood didn't open all the way. I hit the button to close it again, and all was fine until this last Saturday, 9/27. When we got in to go home and turned the truck on, there was a "Hood Latch Error" that came and...

Very nice. In that area, I highly recommend Ohio Pass. There's a beaver pond there, and the short hike to it has some of the biggest Aspens I've ever seen!

We used to have Amica for homeowners insurance, but switched away when prices crept up. Never had them for auto, as they were 2x other options. When I shopped around last, they no longer served the Denver area for homeowners. They were very pleasant to deal with for a hail claim though!

I took delivery January 2024, without PTC. I called today to see if I could get one retrofitted, and I was told that it won't be available for sale until 2025 :(

Just called Rivian Financial Services (Chase) and they have no record of me yet. The lady I spoke with said I should expect something in the mail at some point, and that it should take 2-3 weeks for them to get me in their system. Obviously it's taking longer than that though if some folks...

Thanks for posting this! I took delivery of a lease on January 3rd. I already have an online account for Chase, but I have not seen anything for the lease show up there yet. I called Rivian last week and they told me to call Chase, which I'm planning to do tomorrow.
