Uggg now I’m not so sure about leaving my dogs in the truck while running errands…. Might have to leave windows rolled down to give them an escape.

Not to a ramp just yet, but ended up getting a 4” thick polymetric matt for dogs to land on whenever they are jumping out of truck at home…just to make it easier on their joints. My 9 yr old is happier. Used to make a 2 step trot to get out…now he just jumps from the bench seat onto the plyo matt.

Hopefully it’ll divert significant potential 4Runner customers away from Toyota… they make good vehicles but a bit ticked off by their lobbying against policies that support EVs.

if the rear gate window does roll down, that will be a heavenly ride for my dogs. but hopefully they will engineer and isolate the wind noise if it’s a rolling window.
