    So I brought my R1S to a local tire shop to replace the front two tires. The manager asked if I had jack pucks. Are these necessary to protect the battery or to lift the car or can I just remove the underbody panels and let them lift it? Thank you.

    Does access to your guide end after delivery? Essentially what I’m asking is can you still text or contact your guide for minor questions or concerns about the vehicle after delivery or does your relationship with them end after the car is delivered and should I go through service for all questions?

    June 2020 R1S preorder. I am currently in my delivery window estimate which is June-July. Just wondering if there is a chance that July comes and goes without me hearing from Rivian? Has this happened to anyone?

    Am I looking at this correctly? When I select launch edition, you cannot choose the black wheel 22' sport edition. Is this correct?
