    Called for a service date on 12/20/23 and got 1/26 mobile service date. Tom, the technician, is based out of Chelsea MA. Initially Rivian wanted me to drive to Brooklyn to pick up the spare tire. I drove by the Shelton facility on Monday. Lots of activity going on there.

    A Rivian Mobile Tech deliver my spare tire and rotated my tires yesterday at my house in Hamden. I asked him about the Shelton SC. He said he was just there on Thursday 1/25/2024. The SC is coming along, and they are aiming to open by the end of March 2024. Jim D.
