Yes...I was complaining about paying for something that doesn't work. I sent a message to Rivian but they never replied. My credit card company refunded the charges in full. I'm using my phone for Internet and l have not had any issues.
Thank you...that explains it. When I spoke to the service rep on the phone I wonder why he just didn't ask me if I signed up for Connect+??
I appreciate the responses to my post. I'm using my phone as a hotspot without any issues. Not sure if Connect+ is worth $150/ year. Drive safe and happy!
