This happened to my R1S last September after a hurricane blew through. Soaked entire front and left side of second row. The work order says they replaced the main HVAC assembly and all front and second row carpeting. Hasn’t leaked since.

I got a cancellation email, too, and a credit refund on my card, even though the original charge hadn't moved beyond pending yet. Maybe the pending charge won't go through and the credit refund will! Will keep an eye out for suspicious charges, though...

Not sure what to make of this but Chase Fraud just declined my purchase attempt and asked if it was me. Not sure if that says something about this company or me...not going to attempt again despite how great the price is.
