I'm in the process of purchasing a Demo now in Washington with 10.5% sales tax (very painful!). My total after taxes and fees is $76,238, so $72,488 after the tax credit. If the lease depreciation is $40k, the demo truck would need to be worth $32k or so after 3 years. It's anyone speculation...

Talking with the Rivian rep, he said the sale price will be the MSRP, so it should be good. Perhaps he's misinformed, but that's what they said.
