My wife has had a similar issue a couple of times. Her Gen 1 R1S will not shift to drive despite her having her phone and key card. Multiple reboots. Once I arrived, all issues were resolved. Very frustrating for her.

We have found that the drunk is the Perfect place to stash take out food. Keeps the food warm on the way home and we don’t have to get into a vehicle the next day that stinks like old pizza, Chinese, etc

Thx for all the feedback! I was finally able to TALK to a Rivian employee. We miss communicated through the app. OKC SC can n will do the windshield replacement but they don’t deal with insurance companies. I’ll have to get reimbursed.

That is great to know. It may be worth a drive to KS. How long did the repair take? GW in OKC needs 2 days for the repair plus one day for curing….

We took the aero covers off our new R1S. Hated the hole in the wheel. Our 12-year old made us what I think are pretty closely matched cap covers with Amazon generic covers, gray spray paint, and her Cricut.
