Got a call today about bringing my vehicle in for a service that will be covered by Rivian. I asked if it was a recall and they stated it wasn’t but the appointment it titled RWD-17. Anyone had this done before?
Recently did a claim for a rodent that chewed through the coolant line. Not sure how he got there but the pictures showed bite mark damage. SF send an adjuster to look at the damage and approved whatever Rivian had invoiced for the repairs. I paid out of pocket first and then SF reimbursed me...
Has anyone installed the Vossen HFX-1 20in wheels on their Rivian? If you did can you upload some pictures?

My issue was fixed by replacing 3 of 4 AT tires. Apparently they failed Rivian road force balance. I’ve no issues since. Something with the internal foam failing.
I had the same issue and recently took it in for inspection. 3 out of my 4 tires failed the road force balance. After they replaced them the vibration went away. This is also after I had the weighted steering wheel which did help a little.
Anyone own a Rivian R1S in the Oklahoma City area? And if so would anyone be interested in showing an R1S to me and my wife and possibly a test drive. We are heavily considering Rivian as our first EV but the closest test center is in Dallas. Thanks!!
