There are plenty of Tesla Superchargers in the North Lake Tahoe area. As long as you can make it there you'll be fine.

Gas prices are well over $5 a gallon here in CA. We're the largest EV market by far and the higher gas prices haven't helped the sales/values of new or used EV's. The Premium I put in my Porsche is $6+ a gallon.
