I am looking to book a demo drive in Dallas, no slots available, but does anybody know what time new slots come open on the website? and how far in advance? I would need to try to plan it as I live in OKC and the drive is almost 3 hours there.

The R2 order tracking list shows that people are getting their order email. So people are getting them now. The order reservation requires another $400 to put in the order. just FYI. Hopefully I am not too far down the line, but I don't have an R1, so who knows how far that put me behind.

The issue I have with my tesla is, I can receive group texts, but if you reply, it only goes to that one person. It doesn't send it to the group. it separates everything out as individuals. so if you have a group text going, and then a one on one, you can't tell the difference. its quite...

Cool video, but nothing in that about texting or group messaging. that has been a huge pain with my tesla. I am really liking all the features on this, and its not a deal breaker for me, but man, they need to figure that out.

That looks pretty nice with the AI features! I wonder how it deals with group messages?

Does anybody have a video of what the texting is like on the new R2 UI? How good is the voice texting, and does it display the actual text or does it just read it out to you?

I just hope they are able to give out more info sooner, so people can plan their future car purchases. The faster we know what the final specs are, and options and the prices of those, the faster we could make a decision on if to wait for it, or purchase a different vehicle.

When do you think we will be getting notices to start ordering our R2? how far in advance of them actually delivering do you think? also do you think we will know ahead of time all the different options and their specs and prices? or will that come out all at the same time?

Very disappointed this was not at the Dallas Autoshow this last weekend! would have loved to have seen it to help make my decision for my next car!

I placed a reservation the day it came out, and I am super excited about it!! but one thing that is very important to me is a good stereo!! I hope its as good or better then the one in my Tesla Model 3! Can't wait to find out!
