I'm at about 44.5k miles approaching my 50k limit. So. I just purchased the plan this week and haven't used it yet. After reviewing the sample contract, I ended up speaking with Cary Clark from Xcelerate who answered all my questions over the phone. Super low pressure, actually no pressure at...
I’m coming up on 18 months with my R1T. 36k miles already and now replacing my original 20” AT tires with Toyos. I love my truck and have had no major issues with it or with service (SC or mobile).
My wife was just asking me what car I’m going to get next (since historically I’ve started...
Interesting update. I wonder if they/when they plan to start working on this. I have pre-order reservation which was scheduled for December (now January?).
Anyone else have a pre-order for a Topper?
I had the same issues due to MFA enabled on my Rivian account. I logged into my Rivian account, disable MFA and then registered/linked on ABRP. Once that was done, I re-enabled MFA on my Rivian account
Also, stack the $6000 F&F referral discount (23/24 R1Ts with Large Pack...see the other threads or Reddit for more info) to lower the monthly even more.
When did the Employee Referral discount get applied to your order? Once it was applied, did you see the lease payment get adjusted? My lease details took 2 days to update once the discount was applied.
Mine went down $183/month. I’m in CA and lease payments include tax. My f&f was $6k.
The employee referral (f&f) gets applied as cap cost reduction (basically lowered selling price). As such, this doesn’t change residual value which is calculated against MSRP.
For me, only went up by tax amount. Due at signing amount includes tax, title and registration fees. They $ amount they show already accounts for destination
Hopefully not. Mine has had a Jun 1 delivery/pickup date for several weeks now. And they did apply the referral discount and then updated my lease terms which based on my experiences so far most probably are manual processes. So the finance team and whoever else had multiple opportunities to not...
This is what my service center just told me…
“Right now we are looking into this promotion. We are getting with management to see what this situation looks like.”
I have a little more time until I pick up my R1T Dual/Large next Sat.
I already had completed the lease application and received my terms. I was at the step to submit my due at signing payment, and I was ready to do so. I found out about the referral discount, and gave my order # to an employee. Less than two days later, my order price was reduced. Two days after...
I also did not have anyone in particular. I got in contact with an employee from this reddit thread.
Look for this section...
the links (like "Employee here") will get you to the reddit IDs of employees offering to submit your order #. Reach out to an ID via Reddit DM. The employee that...
I saw a price change and reached out to the service center team (SF Bay Area, so guide assigned). They updated the price somehow but were missing the lease promotion. This is what took about two weeks to get sorted out with them going back and forth with the Finance Team.
Once this was...
They will honor the change. While I haven’t picked up, they have applied updated pricing as well as current lease promotions to my order. It just took them (the finance team) a little while to get everything in order and updated correctly.
I think the order of tasks shown in the screenshot is the order I went thru…
During the Finance Options one is where you indicate if you will pay cash, finance or lease the vehicle.
