In my case it was two days from the date the vehicle arrived and my pick-up date. That was after asking for the delivery date to be moved up.

I was able to move my pick up date, but only via text directly with the service center. The same text you get confirming your delivery date. Working with my guide to move up the date was not successful. In my case, the vehicle came in earlier than expected so they were able to move up the date.
