This is what Rivian claims, not me. Their engineers said it was a major problem for gen 1 due to charging the 12v.
So they built a subsystem that can now charge the 12v without waking the car.
Rivian claims it has the lowest vampire drain in the industry now. Their words, not mine.

If you look at the new port it looks like you can remove the CCS port. I'm ordering a Gen 2 as I have a voucher and hope I can retrofit out the port later.
