I had the same issue. Ask her to create a separate account and sign on to the mobile app. that will sync her up as a driver and she will be able to save seat position etc.
When did you reserve? We booked 3/29 one of the ready available vehicles.
VIN assigned RN0447.
No contact from the rivian guide.. I was told the delivery will be quick but online e portal is stuck at trade in review.
