We added Paint Protection Film PPF and ceramic coating to our R1T and Mach-e. It’s amazing how much cleaner the vehicles stay with the ceramic coating. Since the vehicles stay cleaner, I don’t wash them as often. So to me it’s been worth it. We paid about $3k for the truck in Minneapolis

I've run into this when my SSD gets really warm. My fix: disconnect it, let it cool down, then plug it back in. I've also moved the SSD to the top of the center console instead of burying it in the lower compartment — better airflow up there, and it seems to have helped.

I took delivery on 12/30/2026 and noticed the same thing on RR. I had an issue with getting Gear Guard setup, the recommendation was to reboot the R1T. After doing that, the alert on RR went away and my software install was updated. YMMV.
