    I wasn’t able to find others experiencing my specific issue, where the truck made a boom sound, then started smoking. I have seen other posts of battery critical failure though. I will definitely post an update once I hear back from the service center on what happened.

    I would contact their customer service and provide them contact information and a guide or sales rep will reach out to you. That's what I did and someone contacted me back in about 3-4 hours later.

    I finished all my lease signing stuff yesterday, and not sure if it's a state thing, but also did a virtual notary, then 15 minutes after I got a text message from my delivery specialist saying my schedule was cancelled, due to inspection delay. LOL

    I never had a guide. I was supposed to take delivery May 16, but had to be rescheduled to today May 29, then was texted yesterday that my delivery was cancelled for today, due to delay with the inspection process. lol :confused:
