I had this issue after delivery. Service center took care of it in an hour or so when I brought it back. They said it was something about the way the lift gate was tensioned so that it senses more tension than is actually there, thinking it is hitting something.

I ordered from the shop 4/3, got confirmation it was headed this way 4/11, arrived to Houston today (4/24). Scheduled for pickup 4/30!
