Had this issue after the Halloween update and it persisted with .43. Rivian Support had me unpair my phone key and re-pair it (remove key from Rivian app, then remove Rivian key from Bluetooth on phone, force close Rivian app, re-open Rivian app and start the PAAK paring process).

I just picked up my Tri-Max R1S last week and they told me the adapter would ship within 4-6 weeks, but possibly sooner.
EDIT: I stand corrected. Just got my email from Rivian saying my adapter has shipped!
